With over 20 years of executive leadership experience in operations, P&L Management, M&A, marketing, and sales, Ray is dedicated to cultivating a symbiotic relationship between sales and delivery, and capitalizing on opportunities driven by disruptive technologies—repeatedly driving double-digit growth across multiple industries.
In his previous role as the COO at Peloton Consulting Group, Ray built and led global teams that transformed the company into a premier provider of consulting, technology implementation, and support services in Supply Chain, ERP, and Enterprise Performance Management. Prior to his role at Peloton, Ray served as the VP of Sales, Marketing, and Operations at BirdDog Solutions, where he spearheaded the company’s evolution from a niche start-up parcel audit firm to a full-service Supply Chain Management service provider for the middle market. Both Peloton and BirdDog were listed on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies for seven and five years respectively. Ray also ran marketing and vertical industry practices at AMR Research, an IT and Supply Chain advisory firm that is now part of Gartner.
Ray holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University and a B.B.A. in International Business and Finance from The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
Ray enjoys hiking, kayaking, and skiing with his spouse and three children. He is also an avid musician, frequently playing guitar and bass with his band.
