Amanda joined Propeller as a seasoned finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. As a generalist, Amanda has experience across a diverse set of industries and has worked with CPG, health & wellness, and professional service businesses to name a few. Regardless of the business, Amanda’s first step to engaging with each client is first looking to the past to better inform the future. This knowledge coupled with strong financial acumen across the organization creates the foundation for sustainable company growth.
Amanda began her career in audit and advisory services for PricewaterhouseCoopers honing in her accounting skills. After her time in public accounting, she worked in Controller roles with companies such as MLB Network and Hearst Broadcasting where she became interested in systems implementation. Following these positions, Amanda served in a CFO-level capacity for various companies like Tough Mudder and Kettlebell Kitchen. Most recently, she has provided senior financial leadership to early-stage startup companies in several industries including CPG, e-commerce, professional services, and retail.
Amanda completed her BBA at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and is CPA certified in New York and New Jersey.
Amanda is an avid reader, a decent baker, a certified advanced open water scuba diver, and a proud mother. She can’t get enough show tunes and loves to entertain her friends and family.
