Nicole Conley joins Propeller with over seven years of experience in Finance, focused on Corporate Accounting and Auditing. Throughout her career, Nicole has demonstrated a passion for facing down challenges with unique, creative problem-solving and a keen eye toward process improvement and efficiency.
Nicole is a CPA and member of the California Board of Accountancy. Her career began at Deloitte in Audit, where she performed overall assurance services for various clients in retail, biotechnology and manufacturing industries, including West Marine, McKesson, and Core-Mark International. She played a pivotal role in researching issues that affecting various aspects of these businesses and created long-term solutions to complex problems.
After Deloitte, Nicole worked at Lucasfilm, where she worked in the Corporate Accounting department. Her main responsibility was streamlining and managing the Lucasfilm consolidation package to standardize the accounting reports for licensing, film production, real estate, and interactive games. While there she successfully coordinated three annual audits, and provided historical accounting analysis for fixed assets, leases, and cash management that was used during The Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of Lucasfilm.
A native of northern California, Nicole graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics and emphasis in Accounting. Outside of work, Nicole loves baseball, cooking for friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors.
