Domenica’s passion for start-ups began began with a career in the Hospitality Industry. At Caffe Centrale, a thriving New York City restaurant group, she assisted in opening two locations and wore multiple hats ranging from graphic designer to managing the transition to a perpetual inventory system for high-end wines. Exposure to the financial side of the business furthered her interest in accounting. She was promoted to staff accountant and subsequently went back to school to further develop her skills.
Domenica graduated Summa Cum Laude from Stony Brook University, State University with a B.S. in Psychology. She went onto receive her M.S. in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York in 2012 and subsequently completed the CPA exam. She is currently in the process of fulfilling the experience requirement to become a licensed CPA.
Domenica is a native New Yorker. During her spare time, she enjoys hiking the Hudson Valley, visiting vineyards and snowboarding in upstate New York.
