Chris joins Propeller Industries with seven years of experience (including tax seasons) as a CPA for public accounting firms. Working primarily with clients that own small, privately held businesses, he found an interest in the development and presentation of clean, easy-to-understand accounting and financials.
After graduating from Rutgers Business School with a Bachelor’s in accounting, Chris went on for his Master’s of Accountancy while working for The Department of Housing, then completed his CPA licensing exams. From thereon, and for the last seven years, Chris has been a team member with small public accounting firms based in New York City. Working with small business clients, Chris has been involved with a variety of accounting needs: income tax for freelancers, partnerships and S-corporations, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, business formations, state nexus and apportionment, GAAP and tax basis compilations, and full audit procedures.
Chris is a New Jersey native, but a Brooklyn resident for nearly ten years. In his free time, he likes to read and write, to travel as much as possible with his wife, and spoil his dog.
