We’ve been doubling in size about every two years, and that’s created a lot of career growth internally. As our people grow, so do we. We run regular “lunch and learn” sessions to find out things you didn’t even know you didn’t know. We’ve created PropAcademy to institutionalize our learnings about many subjects: Tradespend and turnover; technical skills in Excel and D-Reports to name a few. We maintain a Wiki so anybody can contribute what they know, and share their knowledge so it’s accessible to all.  And once a year we all gather offsite for two days of learning, fun, and collaboration.
